AOL Blocks Harvard U Email
This is one reason it’s better for businesses to NOT use AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo and etc for their email. It’s better to get “real” email from an ISP direct to you and use an email client to filter your email how you like.
In any case what AOL should do is filter mail it thinks is ‘spam’ to a spam box and alert users once a day or so to email in their ‘spam’ box so they can verify if they want it or not. In say 5 days or so, AOL can then delete it.
