Fortune Small Business’ David Lidsky raps Interland

FSB Davidy Lidsky chastises Interlands customer support in an “open letter” to CEO Joel Kocher. In short, David says that if Interland wants to grow its going to have to have customer focused people help customers and have easy to use online tools and not techies answering the phone nor online tools that are “geekspeak” as David writes.
