Mika Yamamoto Krammer, research director of the small and mid size business group at Gartner wrote in the 15 April 2002 edition of VarBusiness Magazine how VARs have a goldmine they are sitting on: their customers. Large vendors want to very much penetrate this market and some are succeeding. But the vendors who can partner with VARS, the SMB trusted advisor, will have much more success.
