From NewsScan: VERIZON WIRELESS TO LAUNCH FLAT-RATE VOICE/DATA PLAN
Verizon Wireless is launching a flat-rate version of its Express Network
plan for customers who want to check e-mail from mobile phones and laptops.

Express Network service, which is expanding to 29 more U.S. cities today,
will offer a per-minute price plan that includes both voice and data.
