Company to focus on small to medium-sized businesses and residential customers
TYSONS CORNER, VA, September 4, 2002 =96 OneVoice Communications, Inc., a newly created Integrated Communications Provider (ICP), has announced that it is now offering telecommunications services to business and residential customers in eleven states. OneVoice offers a complete package of telecommunications services including local, long-distance, Internet, conferencing, toll-free and calling card services.
With the ongoing turmoil in the telecommunications industry, many of the larger national or regional carriers are focusing their attention on larger business customers, while hiking rates and surcharges on small to medium-sized businesses and consumers said Stephen Dize, president of OneVoice Communications. OneVoice was created to serve those customers by bringing savings, simplicity and quality service to residential and small business clients.
My spin: You can get a major headache trying to sort out which telecom provider has better rates and better offers – almost like the alphabet soup of cell phone offerings. HOWEVER, being able to get a comprehensive communications package from ONE source is compelling.
