Microsoft CRM – All Bark, No Bite?

News Factor News Clip: Just six months after rolling out its CRM application, a shift in Microsoft’s (Nasdaq: MSFT) product-distribution strategy is in the wind. For starters, all 30,000 Microsoft certified partners will be able to sell the application if they choose.
