The broadband price wars are hitting the basement.
SBC Communications and Yahoo, which are partners on a co-branded digital subscriber line (DSL) service, have introduced a promotion that offers one year of service for $26.95 a month, according to a Web page offering the deal. The deal comes just months after SBC offered a $29.95-a-month promotion. (full story)
