* Application Sharing allows hosts to share any application on their PC

provide hands-on assistance to remote customers that need help
troubleshooting technical issues on home or office PCs.
* Slide Presentations enable the host to quickly load and view any MS
PowerPoint presentation in real-time with participants. Hosts can
transfer control of the presentation to any attendee and turn the
meeting into a joint collaboration session. This feature facilitates

* Co-Browsing lets the host lead participants through any series of web

participants for downloading before, during or after a meeting. This
