While some companies bring CRM applications to their customers via the front door and market it as a CRM product, EmergeCore, maker of a feature rich network appliance is giving a CRM applications to its customers as part of bundle.
Their press release reads: In another industry first, EmergeCore Networks, a leading provider of hardware and software solutions for Small to Medium Businesses (SMB), today announced a new CRM Customer Relationship Management application. EmergeCore will integrate the CRM solution as a no-cost module with the IT-500 IT IN A BOX(R) all-in-one network appliance. The company unveiled the IT-500 at the Networld + InterOp tradeshow today.
In addition to integrating EmergeCore’s CRM in the IT-500, the company also offers this available as a no-cost upgrade to customers currently using the IT-100 network appliance EmergeCore introduced at the N+I trade show last year.
For pricing that starts at US$2,300, IT-500 customers gain an instant wired or wireless network with the ability to support up to 75 users. The CRM application also gives these users the ability to manage centralized customer information and to share customer data across the entire organization.
“Our new CRM lets businesses manage sales opportunities, create and manage tasks, and generate sales activity reports with ease,” said Dave Brown, EmergeCore president and CEO. “This is a type of application that has traditionally cost many of thousands of dollars and has been out of reach for the size of organization the IT-100 and IT-500 are designed to support.”
With this new software, organizations can increase sales, productivity and customer retention rate, which will ultimately increase revenue, Brown added.
“The small business customer is a critical and growing market segment that has not been adequately addressed by traditional IT offerings,” Brown said. “With our new CRM, EmergeCore is taking a further step to lead the industry in fully addressing the needs of the SMB customer space.”
