MCI – poor online customer support

I emailed MCI last week sometime about changes in my phone service. Their online form said I’d get a reply in 4 hours – well it’s been close to 7 days and I have received no reply. Sure, I’ll pick up the phone to ask my question, but it sure would have been nice to be able to get a reply via email, since that’s what MCI promised.
Now you know why I use Verizon for my cell phone – wonderful customer support.
