WebEx support – 3 LONG days

In my quest to try out various ceb conferencing solutions, I signed up for a trial WebEx account late Saturday morning (3:00am or so) and previously an IM Conferencing account.
I emailed Web Ex tech support a question Saturday morning and got an answer back at 11:59 on Monday evening. I guess a “24” hour response time is what should be expected and I’m being generous here by not including the weekend. However, I think companies that operate online and have an ONLINE product should and can do better.
