Intranets.com continues to expand and recently announced that it is offering Netspoke’s real-time web and audio conferencing to its 7,500 customers worldwide. The Intranets.com integrated on-demand collaboration suite helps businesses communicate more effectively by allowing workers to share documents and applications, manage schedules, assign tasks, and conduct integrated conferences, among many other collaboration activities.
Netspoke and Intranets.com are hitting the market at the right time with an easy-to-use, affordable suite of real-time collaboration tools, according to the April 2004 “World Web Conferencing Markets” report issued by industry analyst firm Frost & Sullivan. Integrated conferencing solutions are giving way to collaboration suites that provide users with a single source for many real-time communication options, the report states.
