Xerox and Visioneer – document imaging companies – join forces to target VARs

Document imaging leaders Xerox and Visioneer have created a joint reseller channel to energize their reseller partners.
This joint project, “Document Source Alliance”, offers qualified resellers volume incentive rebates, market development funds, training, dedicated account management and more.
Resellers are the life blood of many businesses. Going direct is one way to do sales, but working with resellers who are excited about your product, like the support and funds received from selling your product can dramatically increase a vendor’s sales opportunity.
Taking care of your resellers is an ongoing process and Xerox and Visionner know this – hence the new program.
It’s interesting that Xerox and Visioneer are working together on this and leveraging the strength of each other’s resellers.
The resellers who are selling Visioneer’s scanning solutions could also reach into the markets that Xerox’s solutions are best suitted for and vice versa.
