I usually don’t write about marketing deals, but I always think it’s interesting and valuable when SMB focused companies join forces. In this case, it’s VOIP provider 8×8 and mailing product/service vendor Pitney Bowes.
8×8, Inc. (Nasdaq: EGHT – News), the Packet8 voice over internet protocol (VoIP) and videophone communications service provider, and Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE: PBI – News) have launched a co-marketing program that allows 8×8 to market the Virtual Office business class broadband phone service as well as the Packet8 VideoPhone service to 840,000 PB Direct small business customers.
