In a move clearly showing that small businesses are the sweet spot for most all vendors and showing that it is getting tougher and tougher to sell to the large enterprise markets, in a $45 million deal, web conferencing leader WebEx has bought SMB intranets leader Intranets.com.
Intranets.com went through some “unsure” times at one point when launching their fee based service (it used to be free) but things look to have gone well as evidenced by this deal. Read the full Yahoo story here.
