Cabinet NG, Inc., announced that its document management solution includes an extended set of integrated features providing key information lifecycle management (ILM) capabilities. CNG-5.4 now enables users to more easily address compliance concerns and enforce document retention policies, essential capabilities that until now could only be found in costly enterprise-class software solutions.
Cabinet NG’s press release reads According to Cabinet NG customer, Kimberly Branch, Regional Vice President at AIG Financial Advisors, “CNG 5.4’s new features further assists our financial advisors with SEC and NASD compliance. AIG Financial Advisors offers Cabinet NG to our financial advisors because it provides the scalability needed to accommodate all sizes of a financial advisor’s business.”
In today’s business environment, compliance is no longer optional for firms of any size. Government and industry regulations enforcing access and archiving policies are increasingly becoming more complex and burdensome for all organizations. This has created the need for an easy-to-use, proactive approach to manage documents throughout their lifecycle in full compliance with ever-changing and increasingly burdensome policies and regulations.
