Rob Levin, Editor-in-Chief, New York Enterprise Report has been awarded the Journalist of the Year award by the Small Business Administration. You can find a regular column by Ramon Ray in most issues as well.
“I am very pleased to be honored and recognized by the SBA,” said Robert Levin. “This award belongs to everyone involved with the magazine including the dozens of business experts who have contributed to the magazine, the 100+ business organizations that have partnered with us, as well as our readers who have embraced The Report with unprecedented enthusiasm.”
On April 21, the New York District Office of the United States Small Business Administration celebrated National Small Business Week 2006 by announcing and recognizing the area’s eight outstanding entrepreneurs and small business champions. There were multiple entries for each category and the competition was very high. By exclusively serving the leaders of growing businesses with unparalleled expertise on a myriad of critical topics, such as business development, sales and human resources, Robert Levin was the clear choice for the Journalist of the Year Award.
“The Report is a great “how-to” resource which small business cannot get enough of these days,” said Nancy Caballero, Program Manager, WIBO and a judge of the Awards. “The no-nonsense, practical approach makes it very easy to read and accessible to all levels of businesses.”
The New York Enterprise Report, in print and online (www.nyreport.com) features “how-to” articles written by experts for small and midsize businesses in the tri-state area. Each issue of The Report, which is the only media in the New York area exclusively for the leaders of smaller businesses, provides thousands of dollars of much needed expertise making it a must read for those wanting to grow their businesses.
