I’ve just installed a copy of Panda Internet Security suite into one of my computers to see how it works.
To my delight the installation was smooth and painless. I’m now watching the updates download so the software has the latest anti-virus signatures.
The interface, similar to competing products is simple to understand and use.
The built in protection features include a firewall, protection from fraud, a review of your PCs security when online, and a scanner for any vulnerabilities when online. When you see the full menu of choices that enable the software to can files, email, instant messages and web browsing you feel a sense of security – like a big moat has been built around your computer.
I liked the fact that you could enable “cpu load management”. Sometimes anti-virus products slow down your computer – being able to manage this is a plus.
If you are looking for a robust, simple and feature rich security product Panda Software has a range of solutions for you to consider.
