Turning IT Frustration into Appreciation

When your computers are not working, one of the most frustrating parts of the experience is getting professional help to solve the problem.
If you have a local consultant and they are available and real good – you have a good thing. But if you don’t have a local consultant or they are very busy or not good, then you really need an alternative solution.
