MSNBC recently put together a list of customer service rankings of companies. For customers of the companies that were ranked “highest” in bad customer service, their appearance on the list is not surprising I’m sure.
Although price and features are quite important when selecting a technology vendor to work with, in the long term, the company’s commitment to customer service is critical.
