Creating web sites is NOT hard at all when you hire a good web designer to make one for you. Of course many of you are simply using WordPress or Typepad to create a blog, which becomes your web site. I’m seeing more and more companies using Facebook as a platform as well – such as Honda’s SuperBowl Advertisement – Facebook.com/Honda – not Honda.com
However, for those just starting out (and there are millions of you every day launching your own businesses and needing a web site), creating a web site, getting a domain name is still an important first step (once you take care of your bank account, register your business and things like that).
There are dozens of good tools for web site design, including from our friends at Intuit’s Homestead, Register.com, Network Solutions and Microsoft’s Office Office Live.
A tool whose video I just looked at is Jimdo. There’s so many of these online web design creation services on the market and it’s hard to tell one from the other. However, I liked Jimdo’s easy drag and drop features and thought to share it with you.
