Spam Soap is an e-mail security company with a cloud-based solution to keep spam away from your business.
Founded in 2002, Spam Soap pioneered the use of the MX record email-filtering model, which means it stops spam before it enters your network.
Spam viruses, worms and harmful content are increasing each year. More spammers are spamming because 1 out of every 10 spam recipients actually buy spam.
If you’re a spammer and you send millions of virtually free messages by email, and 1 in 10 people buy from you – that’s pretty good.
Another problem with spam is that it could cause a bandwidth issue especially for small businesses that don’t have the money to invest in even more bandwidth.
The advantage of a cloud based solution like Spam Soap or another vendor is that the spam is stopped before it enters your network. You don’t have to install a software or manage hardware.
If spam is a problem for your company consider a hosted anti-spam solution. I’ve been using Google to host my own email and its built in spam filter works very well.
