Contact and Customer Management: Automation and Qualified Leads From ACT! 2011

ACT! has been on the market for over 20 years, it’s still the leading contact management application on the market with many satisfied customers and NEW customers. It’s latest version, ACT 2011 has been released with new features including Smart Tasks making it much easier and faster to do common tasks with automation.
I saw a live demo of the Smart Tasks feature and it’s powerful, enabling small businesses to REGAIN minutes of their day, per contact, which means they can get back hours per hour and commit this “new time” to other revenue generating or business building tasks.
Other features that Sage has introduced in ATC! 2011 include: web-based connected services , on a subscription basis, such as Sage E-marketing for ACT! to help design, automate and track email campaigns, and ACT! Mobile Live for wirelessly synchronizing contact and calendar data with BlackBerry and Windows Mobile devices. iPhone compatibility is planned for later this year.
