It’s time to know who the influencers are in your list of customers and prospective customers. How many followers you have and how much traffic you have is one thing. But what’s even more important is to know who, among your 500 customers is most influential. Out of your 500 customers, maybe you have 10 that have their own blogs, and have loyal followings. It’s THESE customers who you want to to treat very special and get them to talk even more about your customers.
