Microsoft is making it easier to connect with their customer support and find solutions to your problems. With its new innovations, you no longer have to endure long waits on the phone for an agent to speak with. Microsoft customer support can now also be contacted through its Facebook and Twitter pages. The company has also developed a consumer community site called Microsoft Answers which provides forums where you can search, browse, and post questions and answers. Windows 7 also ships with built-in diagnostic tools called “troubleshooters,” which when clicked, work to figure out and resolve your problem.
At CES 2011, Smallbiztechnology.com spoke with Jake Varghese of Microsoft Services, about their customer support innovations.
