New Android App: My Receipt Manager
It seems as though there has never been a time when calculating mileage and tracking receipts for accounting and tax purposes was not a burdensome act for all of us. And everyone in business, from executives at Fortune 500 companies to sole proprietors, knows the vital importance of keeping of accurate and timely records. Accurate records, more often than not, allow for bigger tax refunds, more tax deductions, and consistent reimbursements.
Today Iconosys releases My Receipt Manager™, the Smartphone and Smart device app that provides you a quick and easy way to manage your expenses, by storing digital/watermarked copies of your receipts, invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and/or other accounting related documents. With this handy app, you are able to categorize your stored images and extrapolate time driven reports, sorted by category or organized for purposes of regular submission to an accountant, bookkeeper, tax preparer, or company supervisors. There is even a pre-set feature that enables reimbursement reporting submittals for individuals operating with monthly budgets or expense allowances.
Additionally, if you have ever struggled with mileage tracking or reporting, the app’s GPS and Google Mapping, API-driven Mileage Log system will accurately provide you a timely database of your mileage reports — with details –, and with the app you are always ready to submit your stored records for reimbursement or compensation from your employer, contractor, or clients
