Using Analytics To Delight Customers and Boost Profits

I just came back from Concord, New Hampshire to speak with 200 or so small businesses on Score’s e-Business now tour, sponsored by Microsoft, Best Buy, Skype, Cisco, AT&T, Constant Contact and others.

I was going to give a presentation about how businesses can use analytics in their business. It so happens I did not give it (someone else gave the presentation) but I thought to still share with you the presentation I prepared.
