Results Analysis: It seems that anything and everything on using technology for marketing would benefit some portion of our readers. Also, very few of our readers use geolocation, or location-based marketing like Foursquare, so maybe we’ll amp up articles on that. We haven’t done a whole lot on content and search engine marketing, so we need to make sure that we cover those topics as well.

Results Analysis: We did this survey to gauge what kind of information are readers are wanting and needing. We understand that technology is a big one, but business is more than technology, despite how crippled many businesses would be without it. Although our focus is on technology, these results illustrate that our readership may appreciate a non-tech article or two from time to time.

Results Analysis: Since this one is split right down the middle, these results tell us that we ought to be covering both sides of the spectrum on live chat. This means that there will be an increase in articles on why and how to use live chat, as well as tips and tricks to improve this function if you already have it.
