Why It’s Time For An All In One PC. Looks Great and Takes Less Space. New Ones from HP

Today HP is releasing a new line of computers that are all in one. No tower and separate monitor to content with. This might not sound like a pain (or like an eye sore) but until you try an all in one PC out, you won’t know.

I saw the all in one computers from HP (some with touch) and they are quite functional, easy to move and quite pleasant to look at.

What’s nice about the all in one touch computers is that when a client comes into your office you can speak with them while bringing a demo smoothly into the conversation as you touch documents or images on the computer screen.

HP is releasing a variety of new computers, the HP Omni PC (2 new models) HP TouchSmart (4 new lines) and hte HP Pro 3420 PCs – all have a variety of features and options and range in cost from $400 – $900.

Some features you can choose from include integrated web cams, integrated speakers, fast processors, lots of memory, and large screens.

I am not advocating that your get rid of your tower computers but I highly suggest that the next computer you get for your reception area, OR your staff that some of of them (or all) be all-in-one computers.

Another consideration are the custom applications that your developer can build to enhance and leverage the experience of an all-in-one touch computer.

If you’re in real estate imagine showing a virtual tour of a home on a big 20″+ monitor or showing parents their child’s grade on a big touch screen in your office. See the possibilities?

Hi Ramon – I’m a sucker for these kinds of things.  My only question is — what will I do with the GIANT console that I now have taking up half my office that used to house the PC!
