TribeHR is an intuitive solution that assists small businesses with a variety of tasks such as managing employee information, tracking the number of sick versus vacation days as well as draft job openings. When you sign up for TribeHR, the first thing you will do is create your website that will host all of your company HR information. Don’t worry about programming or coding – the solution does it for you automatically when you sign up. You can then populate your home page or “overview” with information such as the number of vacation and sick days you and your employees have, job postings, company events and schedules.
Managing Employee Records and Goals
If you have one or more employees, TribeHR will help you store your employee records in one central location that you can access at any time. If you want your other employees to have access to the information, you can provide permission levels to various people.
In the Staff option, you are first tasked with entering in general information about the employee such their contact information, salary level, number of vacation days and birthday. Also, if your employee list is already on Excel, TribeHR allows you to easily import the lists with their Employer Builder capability.
In addition to contact information, TribeHR has the option to record an employee’s “goals” for the year. This can be very helpful come review time as it will help you determine if the employee has achieved his or her goals and if they are due for a promotion or a raise.

TribeHR makes it easy for employees to ask permission to take vacation days. Employees can send the request via email and managers can approve or not as the case may be. In addition, TribeHR will automatically track the number of vacation days an employee has left.
In addition to all the tools mentioned, TribeHR will also help you generate several different kinds of reports including employee sick and vacation days, and employee skill set and reviews and more.
