This includes social streams as a method of communication, mobile apps, and cloud-based technology. Since over half of professionals are expected to use a smartphone or tablet as their primary computing device, and many more professionals simply own a smartphone, knowing how to use the darn thing for more than taking calls is critical. However, no matter which tools you choose to use to boost productivity, the point now is that almost all of these tools are within the budget of small businesses. No longer is an enterprise-level infrastructure, or price tag, needed to leverage these tools to your advantage.
