Microsoft Offers You Friendly and Economical Tech Support and Training

Microsoft has two main software that your business interacts with on a daily basis. Windows and Microsoft Office (including Office 365).

Traditionally getting support for Microsoft products has only been available through your local IT Consultant (the best choice), the PC vendor you bought the software from or Microsoft directly. Getting support from Microsoft directly has been best geared for companies with multiple licenses and premium support contracts from Microsoft.

Microsoft has launched a new service, Answer Desk which provides fee based support for a variety of Microsoft customers. Much of the support looks like it’s about $99 for an hour of support – give or take. In addition to support you can get training for a product, virus and malware removal, and PC optimization.
