TheSmallBusinessBookAwards, now in its fourth year, recognizes notable books targeted at the small business community. Nominations for books in social media, management, marketing, technology, economics and startups are being accepted through January 31, 2012. Books published between November 1, 2010 and December 31, 2011 are eligible for nomination.
“There were so many amazing business books published in 2011,” said Ivana Taylor, Book Editor at Small Business Trends, “And we’re seeing a flood of new entries for this year’s awards. Anyone considering entrepreneurship can use these books to help them succeed.”
Once the nomination period ends, voting will begin February 1 and end February 16, 2012. The top 10 winners will be selected by readers based on number of votes. See OfficialRulesfor more information.
About the Small Business Book Awards
The Small Business Book Awards, now in its fourth year, enable the small business community to nominate, show their support for, and vote on their favorite business books. The top 10 winners will be selected by readers based on number of votes as the Best Small Business Books of 2012, while the top five vote-getters in each category become Category Winners. Voting commences February 1, 2012. In last year’s Awards, over 41,000 votes were cast by the community.
