Zoho provides an array of free tools for its customers who are small and/or just starting out. As these businesses grow beyond the need for 3 users, they can use a Zoho product for a reasonable monthly fee.
Recently Zoho upgrade it’s well known Zoho CRM and enables users to import social media feeds of customer contacts.
As I’v been writing, if your CRM vendor is not enabling you to easily manage and monitor your contact’s social media networks you need to leave them for a service (and theirs many that do) that lets you do this.

They also offer ways to integrate with their Web conferencing tool, commercial PBX systems from Asterix, Avaya, Elastix and Trixbox, and all the major Instant Messaging (IM) providers. The new Pulse module adds a rule-based activity monitoring tool, making it possible to automatically receive notifications based on user-customized queries. Pulse presents your CRM information in much the same way as Facebook’s Timeline.
