Email Marketing Reports points to a recent study by Experian CheetahMail that revealed these numbers. Tafford.com – a scrubs and uniforms retailer from Montgomery, USA — admits that post-purchase emails (like surveys) deliver 20% more revenue per email from than their regular emails.
