This is not a post about the various workforce solutions but just to remind you that as your company grows it’s important that you focus on your core competencies and work with trusted vendors who can help you do the things you don’t like to do and are NOT good at.
As a small business owner, it’s important that you are AGILE and NIMBLE that you are able to laser like focus on the products you produce, on hiring great employees (or consultants) and that your customers are always satisfied. This takes a lot of hard work and focused dedication.
Even when you hire, you should carefully consider when do you hire an EMPLOYEE and when do you hire a consultant who has the deep expertise you need but you may or may not need them for a long time. Check out more on this here.
