A few days ago, I got in the mail (yes, US Postal Service) a paper report from Google about a recent Google Adwords campaign I recently purchased for my Small Business Technology Tour.
What was nice about this piece of mail was that it was a CUSTOM analysis of my AdWords campaign.
The report showed me the best performing keywords, chartes and more – really neat.
Many of us have never even met a Google employee, but here’s Google sending me a CUSTOMIZED report.
Lesson for all of us?
Don’t get stuck just sending emails to your customers. Let’s get our butts out of the office and shake hands, pass around some business cards or send paper thank you cards.
