14 Days of Facebook Marketing Tips. Tip #9:  Use Facebook Build Loyalty (Lessons from Panera Bread)

This evening (well Sunday evening) I went to Panera to eat. I had a choice of several restaurants in my community – including Smash Burger. I went to Panera, for a few years.

  • I have a loyalty card and new that on my next visit I would get money off my order.
  • I also went as they provide power and electricity so I can work or relax – using my computer
  • They also provide great service.
  • Last – the overall ambiance is warm and welcoming.

Facebook is the same way. Ensure your Facebook page gives people a REASON to come back again and again and again! Make it a welcome place for new customers and existing customers.

Watch a short video (very rough) on these tips here or below.
