LIVE: At Dell World, Michael Dell and John Swainson (VP of Software) stressed that the opportunity for small business owners has always been there for Dell.
In the “new Dell”, which is now a private company, the opportunity for Dell channel partners will only increase.
Small businesses who choose will of course buy direct, however, for those who want to buy through a channel partner, for a local solution – that opportunity is there too.
If you’re a local channel partner (tech solution provider) it behooves you to leverage your relationship with Dell (and other vendors) to serve your small business customers even better.
