Can’t Find the Right Technology Solution To Fit Your Business? Then Build It! – #ICON14 Interview with Revenue Conduit

My time spent at Infusionsoft’s annual small business marketing conference, ICON14, consisted of being amazed by small business owner after small business owner. Daniel Kurt of Revenue Conduit was certainly no exception. The path that took Daniel on his journey is one that many of us face – he needed a better eCommerce solution for his small jewelry business, but nothing out there ‘fit’ what he needed. So while many would just try to fit the square peg in the round hole and settle, Daniel didn’t and he was forced to build his own app. Thus the beginning of his new journey…one that landed him on the stage as winner of Infusionsofts 2014 ‘App of the Year’ contest.

See more about Daniels story here in my video interview, or watch below.

While Daniel’s story isn’t as unique as it might have been 5 years ago, there are still so many small businesses ‘settling’ for technology solutions that just don’t provide what their business needs – and it just might be holding them back. With easier access to app and software developers (check out Elance or Freelancer and you’ll see no shortage of developers!) than ever before, and at a cost so much less than in years past, there is no reason to settle any longer. All you need is a solid idea and the strong desire to fix a problem in your business that no one else can.
