On the occasion of the Sage Summit in Las Vegas, Sage North America focused on three pillars for its small business offerings. These include the cloud, mobility and bid data for small businesses.
Most exciting in this announcement is the launch of a new product and continued evolution of a current product.
Sage’s press release reads:
In a diverse market for SMBs, Sage is accelerating introduction of new Cloud-based solutions, such as Sage 300 Online, launching this week at Sage Summit. Sage 300 Online is ideal for SMBs that have outgrown their basic accounting software and are seeking to increase collaboration, streamline their operations and get a complete picture of their business anytime from anywhere. Also at Sage Summit, attendees will get a sneak peek of the new Sage One mobile app for solopreneurs, expected later this year.
With Sage 300 it appears that Sage is fostering an increased push by vendors to help companies dump their traditional inboxes for better collaboration and communication away from the “inbox” as we know it – and overall better connectivity.
Sage One is Sage’s light tool for solo entrepreneurs which helps them invoice customers, keep track of money and overall run their businesses.
